Bath seats are a fantastic special needs bath and showering aid solution, providing a comfortable way to use the bath, shower or wetroom for the elderly or those with special mobility needs. Most of these products retract, flip or store in some way as well, allowing other members of the household to use the bath or shower without the seat. Shower seats are usually wall mounted, whereas bath seats are often of a cradle design that balances or fixes across the rims of the bath.
