Scale Inhibitors
Scale inhibitors are a real essential for your pipe work. A scale inhibitor takes the positive and negative ions from the water which flows through the inhibitor connected to your pipe work and induces a single, negative polarity. These negatively charged ions prevent the build up of limescale in the pipe work or devices attached to the pipe work.
Scale inhibitors do not affect the hardness of the water; they simply reduce limescale build up through heated water. Scale inhibitors use a magnetic and electrolytic system, which is suitable for both hot and cold pipe work, and are available for 15mm, 22mm, and 28mm pipe work.
