Delivery
All our prices include free UK mainland delivery, and all goods are delivered Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. When the delivery includes one item or more of the following: baths, shower enclosures, shower trays or sanitary ware, they will be delivered on a pallet.
All products will be shipped as soon as possible, subject to payment card authorisation and stock availability. We make every effort to despatch goods normally within one-three working days, however circumstances do occasionally intervene to prevent this. However, if there is a delay you will be contacted and informed of the change to the estimated delivery date.
If your order is to be sent on a pallet, our transport department will contact you to arrange a mutually acceptable delivery date. On receipt of your order, you will be asked to check the goods and confirm that they are in perfect condition.
When the deliveries do not include larger items, they will be sent by recorded delivery to the address given, and all goods must be signed for. If a signature cannot be obtained, the goods will be returned to our carrier’s depot to await collection by the customer.
