We recommend returning all goods in a secure method with a reputable carrier, take out any necessary insurance and obtaining a proof of sending.
All returns made will be done so at your own cost. The only exception is in the case of defective or incorrect products. All carriage costs are non-refundable, and all items must be returned in full. This includes any free gifts given as part of the original purchase; otherwise the cost of these goods will be deducted from the refund amount. We cannot accept responsibility for the returned goods until they have been checked by a member of our staff. Please note that, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot refund or exchange toilet seats. After checking and authorising the return, a refund will be processed for the due amount.
Faulty Goods
Please contact us before returning goods, as many problems may be solved without you incurring postage costs. Do not remove any fitted items that are deemed faulty until you have contacted us giving us your order number and a description of the fault, and we will make every effort to make sure it is resolved promptly.

Since 31 October 2000 UK consumers now have the right to cancel their order within a "cooling off period" which lasts 7 days from the day after taking delivery. Cancellation must either be in the form of an email or letter and sent to our address as listed on the contact page of this site. If you cancel your order under these provisions then you will be responsible for returning the goods to us in good condition or alternatively you will be responsible for our costs in recovering the goods. You must make sure the goods remain undamaged and unused. The delivery of the goods to you is a separate contract for services and is not covered by the cooling off period; therefore any refund made will not include the costs of delivery of the goods to you. All refunds will be made within 14 days of us receiving the returned item/s.
