Aqualisa - Aquavalve 700 Thermostatic Valve
The concealed Aquavalve is a clever beautifully designed concealed bi-metallic thermostatic shower valve that will keep the water temperatures constant whilst showering, even when water is being used at the same time by another appliance. This bi-metallic shower valve is used throughout the whole family of Aqualisa thermostatic valves.
This thermostatic shower precisely mixes the hot and cold water. There is also an integral anti-scale mechanism inside the valve to stop the build up of limescale - particularly useful if you live in a hard water area.
It has a maximum temperature preset at 38 degrees Celsius and will automatically shut down should the hot and cold water supplies fail. If you wish to shower hotter then all you have to do is push the red button on the side of the shower and turn the control.
The Aquavalve 700 Thermo Valve is available in four different finishes: modern chrome, stylish gold, clean and functional white and a combination of white and chrome. It is exceptionally easy to clean too; plain soap and water will do the trick.
This thermostatic shower is ideal for the elderly, as well as families with young children. It has economic benefits too, since it allows you to slow the water flow right down, thereby saving water and money.
With 150mm pipe centres, the 700 Thermo Valve makes a great replacement for many of the most commonly installed showers in the UK. It valve is built from solid brass and comes complete with 15mm push-fit multi-directional connectors which make installation easy. A scalloped hand grip makes adjustment of the water flow simple and it comes with full clear fitting instructions.
